Shipping & Returns
Every Blue Shift piece is made to order. Here's what to expect.
How long will my order take?
There are two stages:
- Production: 2–7 business days
- Transit: usually 3–5 business days in the US
Most US orders arrive within 5 to 12 business days in total. Embroidered caps can take the longer end of production.
Ordering for Election Day
To give your order the best chance of arriving before November 3, 2026, place it by October 22. Later orders may still make it, but carrier volume spikes in late October and we can't guarantee it.
Tracking
You'll get an order confirmation right away, then a second email with tracking once it ships. Orders with several items may be produced in different facilities and arrive in separate packages, at no extra charge to you.
Something arrived wrong or damaged
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll replace the item for free or refund you in full, your choice, and you won't need to ship the faulty item back.
Wrong size or changed your mind
Because each piece is printed to order, we can't take returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. Please check the size guide before ordering, or email us and we'll help you pick.
Need to change an order?
Write to us right away. We can usually help before production starts, but once printing begins we can't stop it.
